We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our team in this newly created role. In this position, you will provide ongoing support to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our QC Software. You will be the frontier for support and the bridge between the sales team and development, fostering positive relationships and contributing to business growth and profitability.
You’ll be part of a dynamic and dedicated team consisting of developers, testing, UI/UX, and operations. You will report to the Head of Business, Jaimie Dorré. Together, we’re committed to delivering top-notch solutions and continuous improvement for our clients.
