Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll join a growing commercial team that combines Inside Sales and Business Development expertise. We work closely together to build strong customer relationships, drive growth, and deliver real value to our clients. As we expand, you’ll play an active role in shaping the future direction and success of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UK food sector.
Client Relationships – Build deep, trust-based partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead Generation Support – Work alongside our call centre to support lead generation efforts, helping to identify and qualify new opportunities through strategic outreach and prospecting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure seamless onboarding.
Market Innovation – Bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.
Market Insights – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to keep us one step ahead.
